What I do
I provide fractional payroll services to small and medium-sized businesses across Ontario, backed by over 15 years of experience managing payroll in multiple provinces and U.S. states. As a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) through the National Payroll Institute, I ensure every payroll is managed with recognized professional and compliance standards. My focus is delivering accurate, efficient, and cost-effective payroll processing without the need to hire in-house staff. I also manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, deductions, and day-to-day updates.
In addition, I work closely with Finance teams to support accurate payroll-related reconciliations, reporting, and analysis, keeping your financial records aligned and audit-ready.
